Bayside Private Certifiers offers a Preliminary CDC Assessment service of your plans to help you determine if a Complying Development Certificate approval is possible for your proposed development.

A Complying Development Certificate (CDC) is a fast-track method of obtaining a building and planning approval faster and easier for straightforward residential, development without the need for a Development Application through Council.

* Note that a fee of $500 + GST applies for Preliminary CDC Assessment service, this fee is deducted from the full fee quoted if you decide to submit a full application to Bayside Private Certifiers.
